I found this out only after contacting FMG Chat Support:

For your future reference, you can update this by navigating to the page being built. In the settings section of that form, simply click on the "eye" icon (show/hide contents). Please note that while we can show or hide existing content, we are unable to add additional fields for system forms like this.
