FMG Customer Suggestions

Add support for generating a llms.txt file to help AI assistants and large language models better discover and understand website content. The file should be generated automatically from the website's content, with an option for administrators to customize or override its contents through the CMS. Supporting llms.txt will improve AI visibility, increase discoverability in AI-powered search, and help ensure AI systems reference the site's most relevant and authoritative content.

Would like to be able to set emails as automations. Would also like for social posts to display what social media platform they will be posted to, rather than needing to open the post itself. Would like this displayed on the main content page under social media category.

For the past few weeks email campaign notifications have been going out, making it seem like the emails were actually sending. Turns out, email disclosures had not been added, so none of these emails were actually sending. Make it so that the notifications state that the email disclosure is missing.

We use two different headers for client emails. It would be great if FMG allowed us to create multiple email header templates. As of now we submit 1st group of emails to compliance, then have to "Edit Email Design", switch the header, submit the new header to compliance, then add the body and submit that for the 3rd compliance approval. Two different email header layouts (same "body" content). We also have more than one advisor and having more than one pre-approved template for the footer/signature field would be greatly appreciated, too. Creating multiple accounts for one company to switch between advisors for an email is not time efficient.

To have customized masters to pick up for various campaign or target audience needs. Right now can only have one email design header image.

Suggest adding a feature to be able to create a custom email drip workflow that is triggered to send on a schedule when a new website contact lead is received. Email templates would be in the library and already compliance-approved.

I’d love to see an automation feature where, if I tag a new prospect as a 'new client' in my Redtail CRM, it syncs with FMG and automatically triggers that contact to be added to a specific email sequence. This would streamline our process and ensure timely follow-ups without needing to manually manage the sequence setup every time a new client is added. And I am not talking about the prebuilt automations that FMG offers with a plan. Instead, I would like to choose what email sequence (like new client email sequence) I want contacts in the specific tag groups to be added to.

I would like your system to recognize the inactive client status and remove them from mailings.

Can you make the scheduling button in the email signature customizable text?
