When you edit a long blog post, the page moves down and then have to scroll back up to find the editor bar to edit your content. Please make the feature so that the editing bar is consistently in view when uploading and editing longer blogs.

Right now, my marketing emails look like they’re coming from a "system" rather than a person. When my profile photo is missing, it’s harder to build trust with my clients. The Goal I want the platform to automatically pull my Office 365 profile picture into the emails I send. Why it’s a Win-Win: Trust is Key: In finance, people want to see who they are trusting with their money. A photo proves there’s a real human behind the email. Better Results: Data shows that emails with professional photos get significantly more opens and clicks. Efficiency: I already have a professional photo in my Microsoft 365 profile. The data is there, the APIs likely need to be updated to pull the info. Bottom Line Adding this feature makes your platform a more powerful tool for professional advisors. It turns a "marketing blast" into a "personal conversation," which is exactly what my business needs to grow.

would prefer if archiving tool allowed for customization to omit draft pages.

It would be a huge time saver if I could save a draft that on a social post. Please create that ability!

Remove or disable the automated email for the Forms that contacts receive for when they input their information and submit.

It is frustrating that your system only pulls contacts at the time I schedule an email, so any updates or additional contacts aren't included. Would seem like the scheduled ones should just pull from the list when they go out.

Would love to have the ability to label or recategorize synced marketing emails with RedTail contacts as "FMG Marketing Emails" rather than "General Information" to make filtering in Redtail notes easier.

At present, when blogs are shared on Linked In, it automatically publishes to both the company and personal accounts simultaneously. We would find it very helpful to have the option to choose where a post is published (company account only, personal account only, or both) depending on the nature of the content. This additional flexibility would allow us to better tailor communications depending on blog authors. If feasible, adding a simple selection or toggle during the posting workflow would significantly enhance usability without compromising compliance oversight.
