the only buttons available are the "add photo" and "add video" buttons (alongside the emoji), but I've seen research that shows carousels are more successful on social platforms, so we've got to incorporate that into the tool pool.

It would be helpful to have a built-in responsive preview tool within the FMG website editor that allows users to switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views before publishing a page. Currently, the “Preview Website” button only opens the page in a desktop-sized view. To review the mobile layout, users must either access FMG Suite through a mobile browser or use outside browser developer tools or extensions. A device preview toggle within the editor would make it much easier to check spacing, text size, image placement, buttons, forms, and overall page responsiveness across different screen sizes. This would be especially helpful when building or updating custom webpage sections.

When calling customer support, include the wait time and/or provide the option to leave a callback number. The wait time is always sooooo long!

customization within email tool needs improved for spacing, font, and sizing Google Docs does not work with copying formatting either.

Currently you cannot open and post pdf files on FMG suite or upload them onto your website so that becoming an option would help a lot. As well as a way to upload documents to your website directly

Please add font options and sizing options for emails.

FMG stopped sending my email blasts to everyone in my company with the same domain email address that we use to send emails (everyone with the same @....). This is totally unacceptable because it has been working perfectly for the last 9 months so something must have changed in the last 2 weeks. I also can't send test emails to myself!!! This makes no sense, as it used to be a super helpful feature, and I should have the ability for FMG to talk to my work email. I desperately need someone to fix the coding to allow emails to be sent to the same domain email as the one it's sent from. This has been incredibly frustrating and multiple hours on with tech support, just to reach a dead end. IT says "FMG gets confused when sending emails to its own domain and so it removes them automatically". Please, fix this bug as this is extremely important and now time sensitive. My company employees absolutely must be able to receive our FMG emails and webinar invitations. Thank you.

Hi FMG team, We are using a Tailored Form for a lead magnet because the immediate redirect is important to the user experience. After a visitor submits the form, they are redirected right away to a personalized results page on our website. Right now, Tailored Forms appear to automatically send FMG’s default thank-you email, and that email cannot be disabled. For our use case, the redirect already gives the visitor what they requested, so the default email can feel unnecessary or slightly confusing. It would be helpful if users could toggle off the default thank-you email for Tailored Forms while still keeping the redirect and lead capture functionality. Ideally, Tailored Forms would allow one of these options: Redirect only, with no default thank-you email Redirect plus default thank-you email Redirect plus custom autoresponder email This would give firms more flexibility depending on how the form is being used. This would be especially helpful for lead magnets where the visitor already receives the requested content immediately through the redirect. Thank you!
