Add calendar link for appointment scheduling to email signatures

My clients always enjoy having my Appointment Booking link at the bottom of EVERY email I send. FMG doesn't allow you to customize your email to add calendar links, buttons, or other basic tools that most every other provider offers. Coming from Mailchimp and Snappy Kraken, this is a severe step backwards.

Chad Francis: There is no timeline as of now aside from it being next in our plans for this quarter. We'll let you know when the feature is released.
