MY CMO- PLEASE allow us to search for content that has been posted in CHRONOLIGICAL ORDER!! (i.e. "most recently posted at top")

It would be incredibly useful if dates of content upload were included in the dashboard. I often find content I would like to use, but because there is no upload date, I have to research the accuracy because it may have been uploaded years ago. This is very time consuming.

Imagine a feature that adds clarity to your content selection process—Content Library Date Indicators. This addition could provide clear visibility on when each piece of content was created and last updated, ensuring you can confidently choose materials that meet the latest home office standards and maintain accuracy.

Use Case:

Think of an advisor exploring the content library to find resources for client communications. With Content Library Date Indicators, they could easily spot newly published materials and see which items have been recently updated, enabling them to select the most current and pertinent information.

It would be helpful to be able to sort by most recent articles. Showing the posting date would be nice to know.

it would be helpful if they listed the release date for each piece of content they create, because I have probably 10-15 articles I want to know when they were created and if I could see that, it would save me and you a lot of time.

The client requested to add a a column to the to the “timely” email materials in the Content Library to showcase when the material was created.

Major needs: 1) Put a date next to the content to show when it was available. 2) Keep new content at the top of the page, not the bottom, 3) Let customers / advisor know when you are making changes and updates, so they are aware and not finding out after the fact and need to spend more time looking for things that are not where they used to be.

Development needs to come up with a solution to an long standing problem with dates and the content library.
