Not having the ability to write a small message in the automated Birthday Greeting cards is a big oversight. Having a card only say "Warmly, (your name)" is so generic. Even if it's only slightly tailored to include a short message that would apply to any client, and be able to be signed "your name" and the business name would be a step up.
