Every time I log in into FMG, you guys (the system) send a numeric security code to my work email for security reasons. It also does it when I am trying to log in in to the FMG app. It would be a lot better if we can get that security code sent to our phones as a text because some times we do not have access to our work computers.

It would be nice to have the one time passcode texted to me instead

Please cancel the email passcodes. They take too long. Prefer receiving a text.

WILL THERE EVER BE A RESPONSE TO THIS ISSUE? There has to be an alternative to annoying us endlessly by requiring a code daily (sometimes more than once a day)! It's not like the site contains clients socials, account #'s, and other sensitive information other than contact info.

I know that MFA can’t be turned off at this time, but I would like to put in my vote to have it as an option in the future, or not have the system log you out after a period of inactivity. It’s a pain point when I need to keep coming back to the system throughout the day and having to go through MFA each time.

FMG doesn't seem to care about this issue - I don't understand why we can't find an easier method of dealing with this - there should be a cookie that authenticates the machine and bypasses this for a time, perhaps 30 days. It's really annoying having to obtain a code daily (sometimes multiple times per day).

The emails often aren't received in time and then the process starts all over again. Implement a choice to use either text or authenticator app.

The two step authenticator should allow multiple emails to receive the code as many of us have teams that consist of multiple people.
