An AI bot to answer FAQs

Several developers are rolling out AI tools that learn from a curated set of data so that answers can be automated. Because the tool isn't pulling information from the internet but rather from the site's blog or from compliance approved sources, the answers can be depended on to be accurate and compliant. Here is an example of a company with a bot designed for law firms: [ https://joseflegal.com/josef-q/builder/ ]

Hi Amirah. Yes, the tool I imagine would be one that "learned" only from approved content like blog posts (already compliance approved) or programmed social media posts on general financial planning topics (also already compliance approved). This would prevent AI "hallucinations" which often occur when apps like Chat GPT get their content from the entire internet. What I like about the Josef application I linked to is that the answers can be curated, come with a disclaimer and they are footnoted to the source.

Hi John Barringer! Thank you for this valuable feedback! I just wanted to gain some clarity around your feedback. Are you suggesting an AI chatbot that would display on your FMG website, and it would learn/create answers for website visitors' questions based on information found on your website, like articles, blogs, etc.?
