Several developers are rolling out AI tools that learn from a curated set of data so that answers can be automated. Because the tool isn't pulling information from the internet but rather from the site's blog or from compliance approved sources, the answers can be depended on to be accurate and compliant. Hi Amirah. Yes, the tool I imagine would be one that "learned" only from approved content like blog posts (already compliance approved) or programmed social media posts on general financial planning topics (also already compliance approved). This would prevent AI "hallucinations" which often occur when apps like Chat GPT get their content from the entire internet. What I like about the Josef application I linked to is that the answers can be curated, come with a disclaimer and they are footnoted to the source.

At this time, we do not have plans on our roadmap to implement an AI chatbot for users' websites that can answer visitors' questions. I shared your feedback with our AI product team, and they mentioned that while this specific feature isn't on the radar at the moment, it could be a fun enhancement down the line!
However, we are excited to share that we are planning to release some AI features for FMG users soon. This includes an in-platform AI chatbot, which will assist you with FMG-related questions. We're also developing AI-powered tools for content creation and compliance pre-checks. Please note that these tools are subject to Broker/Dealer acceptance.
We'll make sure to keep this Canny thread updated if anything related to a user website AI chatbot makes its way onto our roadmap. Thank you again for your valuable input!

Hi John Barringer! Thank you for this valuable feedback! I just wanted to gain some clarity around your feedback. Are you suggesting an AI chatbot that would display on your FMG website, and it would learn/create answers for website visitors' questions based on information found on your website, like articles, blogs, etc.?
