Asks for MFA code every time

The new authentication code verification needs to be longer. I really don't think it is necessary to get a new code every time you log in . This site is non transactional. Everyone else in the world can make the verification process less frequent. Very annoying when we are busy and have to pivot away even for 1 minute. Don't make more work.

Both myself and Robert Zyzo (copied on this email) are having issues every single time we try to log in to MyCMO/FMG Suite.
My username is wcomerford
Rob's is rzyzo@choicegrp.com
Below is exactly what is happening:
1 - We pull up the login screen like below and enter our correct username (see below):
2 - The next page prompts us to enter username and password, which we do (see below):
3 - The next page prompts us to enter a code that was emailed to our email on file. Sometimes this code comes immediately, sometimes it never comes and we have to simply start over which is frustrating (see below):
4 - If we did get the code, we enter it and it then brings us to the exact same page again stating it emailed us ANOTHER code - I don't understand why we would have to authenticate with a code twice. This happens every time and the second code usually takes minutes to come through if it comes through at all (see below):
5 - If we got the second code, it usually FINALLY let's us into our account.
There is something wrong with it making us have to get 2 codes to login every single time - how can we get this fixed? Again, this is happening on both of our accounts and sometimes we don't get the codes and cannot even access the software we are paying ~$700/mo to have access to - very frustrating.

Will anything be addressed here? It doesn't seem like FMG cares about this issue!

2nd time today having to enter a PIN to get into the site! Is anyone even looking at this? There are 41 comments all noting the annoyance of having to enter the PIN. It shouldn't be this hard to have our voices heard.

Need to re-visit this! Getting really annoying having to MFA multiple times per day! Why can't you place a cookie on a verified machine that lasts a week, month, or some other time frame to get around this??? There are more than 40 comments here complaining and it's not being addressed. Is it time to look for a different website host?

This 2 factor identification to login needs to change! I've had to enter pins more than once a day. Why can't you authenticate a machine and let it go for 30 days? Or at least 1 day without having to get another code? It's very annoying and there really isn't any sensitive client information on the site other than an email address.

Here I am again having to enter another pin to get back into the site 4 hours after I had logged in once. This is really annoying to have to do this multiple times per day! What data are we protecting with this much nonsense???

I work for multiple advisors and go back and forth between my different log-ins for them constantly. I understand the one-time passcode is a necessary security measure, but we should be able to select "remember me" or at least only have it ask for the code once a day... It's a small but tedious step.

Agreed.

AGREED! Plus the going to email thing is a time waster. Get with the decade and provide another authenticator if we must use one daily (or even intra-daily).

Totally frustrated with the new MFA - have to get codes more than once a day. My trading platform uses MFA but once I'm logged in I'm good for the day. Should be a cookie that authenticates a device that's good for more than a few hours.
