Please incorporate the ability to support a featured image used for the blog thumbnail, blog heading image, image within the post body, and social share image.

Currently, the featured image and body image (when adding within the Text Widget) additions can only be added to each blog post at the subscriber level. This creates a lot of additional work for our Publisher accounts.
