Currently, when you have the "Sync FMG Activity" option turned on, FMG pushes activities as a "Note" in the client profile by default. I would propose that activities instead default to the "E-mail Sent" Type, like broadcast e-mails sent from within Redtail. This would prevent advisors from having to scroll past numerous FMG notifications when they attempt to filter to only see actual client notes they've put into the system, while retaining a record of the e-mail.
