Customizable Automated Birthday Campaign

We currently use your automated birthday email service, but wish it was more personalized like the attached and contained more interesting content. I did call a representative from FMG and she looked through the content library and you do not currently offer anything like this, but she recommended that I submit it through Customer Suggestions, so I am doing so. I have attached a pdf of the email for your review.

It would be great to have the option to choose one birthday email design to set as the default for all automated birthday emails.

Birthday Email Campaign - You have pre-approved birthday emails. Could also get an email approved. I should be able to select one of those and use it for 365 days for my birthday email campaign.

Should be able to customize birthday emails

Came over from Marketing Pro and am wondering why you're not incorporating some of their customization features into FMG. 1. Should be able to edit birthday email message, since some of the content is a little cheesy. 2. Should be able to choose which image we'd like clients to receive. 3. Should be able to easily remove a contact from the campaign without having to "unsubscribe" from all campaigns.

Would like the ability to choose/deselect among the birthday email options.
My concern is that at least one of the options is offensive and “corny” (the “counting candles/ancient Greeks” version) to say the least and does not reflect well on me. It is unprofessional in its content and frankly, the limitations of the FMG tool in this regard are a deal-breaker.
I was offered the solution by your team of manually sending out birthday emails which defeats the entire purpose of automation. Is there any better work-around?

Customizable Language on Automated Birthday Cards
M
Mary Lynn Jackson
Mary Lynn is requesting that we allow them to alter the automated birthday cards slightly so that they can have it say "we wish you" vs "I wish you" since their account is set up as coming from 2 advisors. It wouldn't make sense for it to say "I" when it is coming from multiple people.

You have pre-approved birthday emails. Could also get an email approved. I should be able to select one of those and use it for 365 days for my birthday email campaign. It would be a "custom" for each client. The only see it one time. I can't believe that you think advisors want to "spin the wheel" each time on a birthday message. I do not want to send my clients info about the ancient Greeks.
