Delete Multiple Contacts at Once

The client would like to have an option where they can delete multiple contacts at once. Unlike what we have right now, you need to delete that one by one. It is very time consuming.

It would be great to be able to delete a whole group + the contacts inside at once. We send emails to large groups and then want to delete them all together. Deleting 12k contacts one by one is not feasible. Currently, I remove all contacts and just add back our contacts that we like to always keep in there.

Yes. I recommend the ability to upload a bunch of contacts to a list and then delete the contacts within that list by selecitng all and then have remove contact from database.

Nicky Saso you can delete multiple contacts at once by selecting the checkbox on this view and then the delete button.

Note: this option is only available if you're not connected to a CRM.

Lucas Jans, VP of Product: This is true, but contacts are calling in and they want an even faster way to mass delete. If they wanted to delete 100 contacts that would require over 100 clicks to do so. An example is someone made a group of contacts called DELETE so they could delete every contact within it. They realized that wasn't possible and wanted a quicker way to delete the contacts that they could no longer market to.
