In the Email>Sent & Scheduled, the categories for OptOuts are only Unsubscribe and Bounced. Please update it to distinguish between unsubscribe, spam, and bounce. Right now, if a contact marks the email as spam, it shows as unsubscribed in this and the email metrics, but on the contact itself it shows spam. This is very confusing and should be changed.
