"Duplicate" Email Template Feature

When creating a "Sequence" of emails, it is important to have a consistent look and feel. Why can we not create a template how we want it and then save it and be able to D"Duplicate" it whenever we write a new email for the sequence. Instead we have to re-create it each time currently.

While I was making changes to a promotion email for my event, I wanted to copy the sequence email that I made so I don't have to retype what I made in the first email to the other two emails in the sequence. Duplication saves me so much time from typing.
Also can we make the text visible for "wait for" for the days in-between each email sequence.
