In the email body, I can add a hyperlink for website to text in the body, but cannot do an email address. When I asked Sidekick it told me to type in mailto:email@company.com but that wasn't recognized as a valid URL. Either fix the platform or make Sidekick more intelligent. I kept telling it wasn't working and it kept saying i was typing it wrong. had to call in to figure it ou.
