It would be great to have the ability to customize the placement of items in the email signature, specifically to move the CA license# block to be below the Title.

The email signature is all over the place. It'd be nice if we could customize that. For instance, list the name of the advisor, then their title, then the company, followed by the phone number and email address. Their is also weird spacing within in the signature lines and it doesn't look professional. That should be fixed.

Would like the ability for more customization to the email signature, like adding address if desired.

I would like to improve the professionalism of client-facing emails by integrating the signature into the main body of the email, eliminating the appearance of two separate boxes. This enhancement should result in a single, unified piece of communication that provides a better and more professional experience for our clients

would like to customize email signature or at least be able to re-organize the layout to fit individual needs.

The client (Mark Martiak, 428454) requested to have the option to change the layout of the email signature.

It will be nice if there a way for the order of our information to be changed on the emails that go out. (Instead of the default set up). For instance, it says our names, then our email address, then our phone number, ect. It would make more sense if it said our names and then Financial Advisors under our names, then the company name followed by email and phone numbers. Also, The spacing of the signature line looks weird also.
