I would like to improve the professionalism of client-facing emails by integrating the signature into the main body of the email, eliminating the appearance of two separate boxes. This enhancement should result in a single, unified piece of communication that provides a better and more professional experience for our clients

It will be nice if there a way for the order of our information to be changed on the emails that go out. (Instead of the default set up). For instance, it says our names, then our email address, then our phone number, ect. It would make more sense if it said our names and then Financial Advisors under our names, then the company name followed by email and phone numbers. Also, The spacing of the signature line looks weird also.

Client would like the ability to have two different email signatures that he can attach to his emails. This would allow him to have emails that come from him directly and then other emails that come from his company as a whole. This includes being able to either use a logo or a portrait image in the signature based on what the client decides.

Having an appointment button would certainly ease client use. This is a must have.

Couple thoughts to pass on up the chain:
First, FMG does a lot well and I appreciate it.
That being said:
- Emails look like they are from the year 2001.
- The inability to add the button makes no sense - and why is it even an option to create if you can't use it.
- we need to be able to provide additional layout customization.
