Emails not delivered to recipients sharing the sender's domain

FMG stopped sending my email blasts to everyone in my company with the same domain email address that we use to send emails (everyone with the same @....). This is totally unacceptable because it has been working perfectly for the last 9 months so something must have changed in the last 2 weeks. I also can't send test emails to myself!!! This makes no sense, as it used to be a super helpful feature, and I should have the ability for FMG to talk to my work email. I desperately need someone to fix the coding to allow emails to be sent to the same domain email as the one it's sent from. This has been incredibly frustrating and multiple hours on with tech support, just to reach a dead end. IT says "FMG gets confused when sending emails to its own domain and so it removes them automatically". Please, fix this bug as this is extremely important and now time sensitive. My company employees absolutely must be able to receive our FMG emails and webinar invitations. Thank you.

Thanks for flagging this — we completely understand the frustration, especially when something that worked before suddenly doesn't. This isn't a bug on our end; same-domain sending is limited by how receiving mail servers interpret emails sent from an external platform like ours, which is outside our control. Our support team has some workarounds available if you haven't already connected with them. We appreciate the feedback and will ensure the right teams are aware of this limitation.

2 weeks ago FMG stopped sending emails to people with the SAME DOMAIN as the email used to send emails and events. This means people in my own company can't get our email blasts, webinar invitations (with important zoom info), etc. It is totally unacceptable and UNREASONABLE to expect our employees to not receive what we send out. I also can't send myself test emails (to my work email), when I'm creating said emails and events. Beyond frustrating!!! What changed?? Please, please resolve this issue immediately. It's worked great for the last year and now I was told by IT that that is the way FMG is now. I know other companies must be having this issue. Please click on the little number next to this post to move it up the chain!
