Why doesn't the Promote email include the actual information for the Webinar/Event? Why do you have to edit the email to include text and description about the event in the Promote emails (which requires another compliance review of the Promote emails). Since the event is created and already compliance approved -- the email invitations should use some/all of the Event Description and/or Summary to describe the event.

When you create the event there should be a section for "what information do you want included in the promotion emails?" or indicate that the "Description will be included in the Promotion emails" or "The Summary will be included in the Promotion emails".
