First, I hate that I cannot remove the Dear [first name] from the automated marketing piece. We have many contacts we wish to send these to who have a first name in Redtail of BUSINESS or NO FIRST NAME. Can you help us simply remove the salutation?
Second, I want to be sure that all automated messages do not refer to the "client." I noticed in the Christmas message that it said something about "as a trusted client." The majority of folks receiving our messages are not yet clients. Can you make sure none of the automated messages use that term?
Third, I want to look at all the automated messages for the coming year and there is no way to see the wording in every single message. I want to read them to make sure I like them.
