It would be nice to have the approve or reject status included in the Compliance history search grid as a column like it is when viewing an individual case's history. When searching for a past case this would be helpful to narrow things down without having to click into each notes button if you already know you were looking for a case that was rejected/approved that had been submitted multiple times and will have the same name
