For the Redtail Credential issue we have an error popup:

"There was an error syncing with Redtail: Please make sure you entered the correct username and password.

If the problem persists, please contact client support."

It would be best to change the verbiage and add "RedTail client support", to avoid having to contact FMG support and reach out to Redtail directly.
