We would like to allow an outside marketing person access to post items to our social accounts and send mass emails such as a newsletter without allowing them access to view any of our client names and email addresses. Currently, I can add a user and remove access to contacts which is great, but even if I remove custom email access, they can still click on "Sent & Scheduled" emails and view names and email addresses. If they could create mass email communications and send them to groups, that I add through a Redtail tag group without seeing who is in that group, that would be perfect. Please add a way to customize user access so that a marketing person can create and post on our company's behalf without being able to access any client data.
