A draw to FMG was our understanding that it would allow more efficient customization and personalized communications, but the lack of flexibility with formatting the landing page and email design does not meet this expectation.
  • Fix the way a logo appears on the landing page, or better advise client (us) how to format logo uploads so it appears in a larger size at the top of the landing page. Currently, it is too small.
  • Allow more formatting options. One "selling point" of FMG was that it allows clients to customize emails. The limited formatting options do not meet this expectation.
  • Add ability to include website hyperlink to logo
  • Add ability scheduling links to open in separate window
  • Add ability to customize signature block so consistent with client's business email signature
