We recently had a CC issue. I tried going to Billing. My result was "Billing Portal
Success! You have been successfully connected to the billing portal. Please check your new tab." But there wasn't anything I could see (or it wasn't simply visible to me) where I could edit payment info. Enhancing the ability and where that ability may have been would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi Deborah,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for sharing your experience. It sounds like the billing portal page may have been blocked by your browser’s pop-up or redirect settings. Some browsers automatically prevent these redirects, which can stop the billing portal from opening in a new tab.
To resolve this, please check for a small notification or dropdown near your address bar that allows you to permit the redirect from our site. Once you enable it and click the Billing Portal button again, you should be routed correctly to the self-service payment tool.
We’re also updating our help desk documentation to include these steps so other users can find them easily in the future.
