Currently, FMG only pulls mailing addresses from individual contact records. If an address exists only at the household level in Redtail, secondary household members do not receive that address in FMG. Advisor noted this creates inconsistencies (e.g., birthday card mailing) and may unintentionally exclude certain contacts.
