While looking for marketing content (whether it be an email or social media) is there a way to show if we already used it in the past. I know we can look at the sent and scheduled but it would be so helpful if there was something in the library to show that we already used the post before?

When using other marketing partners, like advisor websites, we are able to see which posts we have already used to avoid posting duplicates on our social channels or sending via email. I think this would be a great feature to add.

Chiming in to agree. The time saved by having the content to post is lost by having to track what has been used independent of the platform. There should be an internal tracking system for previously used articles, emails and social posts.
