We have been a VERY loyal customer since Advisor Launchpad. We had a website refresh that was less than optimal. I have seen other site refreshes that look impeccable. And then to top it off -- just found out that we should have verified our website. Now our website and email have low reputation. This should have been noticed right away and fixed in our website refresh.
