Multiple Email Signature Options

Client would like the ability to have two different email signatures that he can attach to his emails. This would allow him to have emails that come from him directly and then other emails that come from his company as a whole. This includes being able to either use a logo or a portrait image in the signature based on what the client decides.

We have solved this for our company by including an image signature in the body of the email and utilizing the "company only" email greeting. This is only applicable to DBAs though I suppose.

The way we sorted this ourselves was making the account generic to the company, then including image-based signatures as the final image section in our emails.

Stephanie.fonte@lpl.com I created a work around by putting one name in First Name and then & First Name in the last name box and compliance was okay with it. I also did a image of the names to be used and put that on newsletters.
