It would be very helpful if we were able to provide to our clients a secure portal to upload documents to us.

It would be great if there were a feature that supported a secure place for clients to submit/upload documents, like a Dropbox feature.

The process of creating an attachment on a webpage is inefficient. Please profide a folder where we can upload various documents that have the links attached to the document. Currently you have to type in the title of your attachment in another text area, copy it to paste in the description, upload the attachment to create the link, then paste the link where your want it and finally delete the text. If we could upload a document, we could copy the link and simpley paste it where we want it with far fewer steps.
