Add polling feature to email tools. This would give us the option to have our clients choose between a few answers to a specific question. This prevents us from having to redirect clients to another site, which might increase interaction/amount of answers.

Is there a way for us to create our own survey questions to send to clients via FMG? The survey feature in FMG is great in theory but the questions don’t align with what feedback we would like to ask clients

I would love to see a poll or survey option to send out to our clients. For example, I am sending out an email to our clients to ask if they actually use the calendars we send out every year. I think having a poll feature with a Yes or No button that they can click on (and it would then report results back to us) would be helpful, and would encourage more people to actually respond to the question!

It would be great to have the ability to send a survey email to clients instead of having to go out to another vendor like SurveyMonkey. The ability to have write in response or at least multiple choice responses that clients can click to respond would be extremely helpful for satisfaction surveys and event interest surveys for example.

It would be fantastic to have the ability to send out a survey email to clients, as then we can record everything in this system and don't have to worry about needing to get compliance for a third-party resource (like SurveyMonkey).
