Take off contacts after scheduling an email

Allowing clients to take off specific contacts from a scheduled email. Ex. A client wants an email to go out to all contacts but they want to exclude 5 people. The only way of doing that is by making a tag group in Redtail, or sending out an email to individuals without typing.

We came over from Marketing Pro and they had this feature. You could literally just click the little 'x' next to their name and they would be removed. I am baffled as to why FMG does not have this.

Michael LaBarbera: I came from LeadPilot, another of FMG's acquisitions in the last 12 months, and we had that option as well, but now I actually LOVE being able to manage these exclusively from Redtail and merging them in. Our office just delegated the word "Zebra" for the beginning of any "nit-picky" tag groups for FMG distribution so they appear at the end of the tag group list and don't affect our normal day-to-day tag group use.
This way when an advisor asks me who all was actually on a specific email, or a client says they missed it, the advisor can simply look in Redtail to see if they were on the recipient list or not without having to login to FMG.
