FMG Customer Suggestions

I designated a client as "Deceased" in Redtail and that client just got a birthday email. This happened before and I thought it was handled last year when I was enrolled in "Do it for me". It obviously isn't. There needs/ has to be a way to prevent this without creating more tag groups or removing the email or birthdate in redtail.

Cx would like the ability to download a csv file of all information for contacts when downloading a csv from the sent and scheduled history.

client suggested that we should have a report that shows the click and open rates of specifice groups like it does for specific emails.

Would love to have the ability to label or recategorize synced marketing emails with RedTail contacts as "FMG Marketing Emails" rather than "General Information" to make filtering in Redtail notes easier.

Suggest adding a feature to be able to create a custom email drip workflow that is triggered to send on a schedule when a new website contact lead is received. Email templates would be in the library and already compliance-approved.

I would like your system to recognize the inactive client status and remove them from mailings.

I would like to be able to add contacts into the dashboard manually while connected to a CRM. I see the FMG Website Form Leads, so I feel that it's possible to do so.

When emails are sent to the client letting them know a happy birthday email has been sent out, this used to display the name. Now it shows just the email. Stan would like this change to display that an email has been sent to the contact's name.
