FMG Customer Suggestions

Ability to import a Group from Practifi or Black Diamond, or csv data file. I understand they already have to be Contacts.

It would be SO great if there was a way to import/upload/transfer contacts into a group instead of having to painstakingly add people to groups. It takes so much time, and I feel like it would be pretty easy to get a way for that to happen, since the exporting ability is already there. Thank you in advance!!!!

CSV Upload Flexibility: The CSV upload process should accept any standard format without requiring manual reformatting. This would save time and reduce errors during data import. Duplicating Groups: There should be an option to duplicate groups easily for management purposes, without needing to rely on CSV imports or manually recreating them.

Would like FMG to recognize contact statuses like deceased, prospect, etc.

Would love to have the ability to label or recategorize synced marketing emails with RedTail contacts as "FMG Marketing Emails" rather than "General Information" to make filtering in Redtail notes easier.

A feature to remove/delete bulk groups is created. Without this, they have to do this task individually x number of times. A bit frustrating and definitely time-consuming.

Can you make the scheduling button in the email signature customizable text?

It would be great if there were a feature that supported a secure place for clients to submit/upload documents, like a Dropbox feature.

client suggested that we should have a report that shows the click and open rates of specifice groups like it does for specific emails.
