We’ve encountered some challenges with this tool that are making it difficult for us to use effectively for our client events. While we initially saw great potential, there are several limitations that, if addressed, would significantly improve the experience. First, the guest limit per invitee is fixed at 3, which doesn’t align with our needs. This should be customizable so we can set our own limits based on the specific event, ranging from 0 to a number greater than 3 but still manageable. For instance, our current event allows for a guest +1, but clients received invites allowing up to 3 guests, leading to confusion and additional follow-up. Second, there’s no option for guests to RSVP “No” if they can’t attend, which forces them to email us directly. Adding this option would streamline communication and reduce manual follow-up. Lastly, we need a way to remove attendees who’ve informed us they can’t make it from the reminder emails. Currently, even those who have declined are still receiving reminders, which could be avoided with better email list management. We believe these adjustments would enhance the tool’s functionality and better support our event management needs.
