Several developers are rolling out AI tools that learn from a curated set of data so that answers can be automated. Because the tool isn't pulling information from the internet but rather from the site's blog or from compliance approved sources, the answers can be depended on to be accurate and compliant. We are driving a lot of potential clients to our website through various methods, however we are getting an increasing number of bots through our form-fill. It is very frustrating trying to determine what is real/human and what is fake/bot. We want to be able to use one of the bot blockers like reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare or any others that work.

The new authentication code verification needs to be longer. I really don't think it is necessary to get a new code every time you log in . This site is non transactional. Everyone else in the world can make the verification process less frequent. Very annoying when we are busy and have to pivot away even for 1 minute. Don't make more work.

There should be an easy way to add your own custom popups to our website. I constantly create custom images to be used for popups however FMG requires that I pay for 2 hours of labor at $75 an hour for them to add my custom image. This is ridiculous because they don't have to do any designing, I did it all already. All they need to do is add it to the website and for some reason, I am not able to do this myself. It is frustrating and expensive especially when I create/change popups many times a year.

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to add a site search feature to our website so it can be navigated by keyword as well as the standard navigation tools

Be able to include custom message in place of someone will be getting in touch soon and be able to add links to associated PDFs/eBooks.

It would be great if we could download a CSV file of our form submissions

Our event list doesn't make it obvious that the name of the event is clickable. Without that, clients can register without reading all of our event information. (Or in my case, I didn't know that I can click on it to see all the event information)

Add a checkbox with a fillable line: [box] __________ with instructions that they have to type in the word "yes" Above that box should read something along the lines "by checking the box and typing YES, you are agreeing that this is not a solicitation for your services, not ours" You get the idea... trying to prevent the spambots from just grabbing and sending us crap we didn't ask for.

Would like to have a feature that allows for tagging blogs by topic. This would allow clients to go to the blog page on the website and look for blogs based on topics rather than sifting through them all.
