FMG Customer Suggestions

It would be helpful to be able to temporarily remove a specific contact from a specific email. That is; edit the recipient list and selectively remove one of more contacts, without having to edit the group they are in, reschedule the email to remove them, then add them back.

The knowledge base does not really reflect the correct information related to bounced emails. Some entries imply that a bounced email address can be fixed if the contact does certain things on their end. In fact, once an email bounces, it can never be fixed (according to FMG support)
