She wishes to send the greeting card to multiple groups simultaneously. Currently, our system only allows selecting one group at a time. She finds it inefficient to create a new group in the CRM and then sync it with FMG contacts for this purpose.

The new authentication code verification needs to be longer. I really don't think it is necessary to get a new code every time you log in . This site is non transactional. Everyone else in the world can make the verification process less frequent. Very annoying when we are busy and have to pivot away even for 1 minute. Don't make more work.
